Kindly read the term and conditions as stated below prior to placing order. By placing an order you are offering to purchase a product on and subject to the following terms and conditions.


Ordering Process

You will be required to register with us to shop with us. It is to allow us to process your ordering in shorter time frame and to arrange for delivery of stock. It also allows you to keep track of your current and past order, payment status & tracking number.


Stock Availability 

All items are subject to stock availability. We will inform you as soon as possible should the product that you have ordered is not available and you will be given option to replace with other items or the order will be cancelled. We will give you store credit for future purchase or credit the amount back to your bank account or credit card account.


Delivery Timeframe

Ready Stock -  All orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) upon receipt of payment. 

Pre-Order Stock - Pre-order item delivery timeline is about 1 - 3 weeks.

Please take note that if you have purchased a pre-order item alongside a ready stock item, we will send these two items together once the pre-order item arrives. Please contact us to make arrangement prior to payment should you want the the ready stock to be mailed first. 


Exchange or Refund

Customer satisfaction is our utmost priority. We will carefully check thru all our stocks before sending it over to you to ensure all items that you have purchased are in its best condition. All items are not exchangeable or returnable except in the unlikely event of defective item. Buyer is required to contact us within 24 hours upon receiving the parcel. A snapshot of defective area need to be attached when you make a report to us. Dented outer box are not classify as defect goods as it might be caused during the delivery processes by third party (Unless it impacted the physical goods). For damaged physical good upon receiving and customer who would like to make a return/exchange, customers are required to deliver back the item within 5 calendar days and we will bear the 2 way postage back to us and re-sending. All tags must be secured in place , items must be in their original, unworn,unwashed and saleable condition. Refund is not allowed.



Orders shipped outside of Malaysia may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; My Growing Seed has no control over these charges, nor can My Growing Seed predict what they may be.
