Stock Delivery

Ready Stock -  All ready stock orders will be processed and dispatched within 1 to 3 working days (excluding weekends and public holiday) upon receipt of payment. Tracking number will be provided when we process your order. 

Pre-Order Stock - Pre-order item delivery timeline is about 10 working days.

Your order will be delivered by Poslaju courier and require a signature to acknowledge receipt. If no one is available to receive the parcel, you will get a card to advise that a delivery has been attempted and where your delivery can be collected. It is important that you collect your parcel in respective Poslaju branch within the given time frame. Any uncollected parcel will be shipped back to our warehouse and the cost for another delivery attempt is to be borne by buyer.

Please take note that if you have purchased a pre-order item alongside a ready stock item, we will send these two items together once the pre-order item arrives. Please contact us to make arrangement prior to payment should you want the the ready stock to be mailed first.

Malaysia Shipping Cost - Pos Laju 

We charge standard shipping rate of RM7 (West Malaysia) and RM10 (East Malaysia). Free delivery if the total check out price is over RM100 (West Malaysia) / RM105 (East Malaysia)

International Shipping Cost

The shipping cost to Singapore, Indonesia and Thailand is at the rate of RM 35 . Your order will usually reach your doorstep within 5-12 working days. That is about 2 weeks (latest, depending on custom clearance) after we've shipped out your order

For other countries, please contact our friendly sales personnel to check the shipping rate for your respective country before purchasing. We will advise accordingly.

Lost Parcel

Once the Dispatch Confirmation is emailed to you, your products are under the responsibility of our third party postal service providers and we shall not be responsible for lost parcel in post if proof of postage is supplied. Any claim will have to be made with our third party postal service providers and we will make reasonable effort to assist in compensation claims (if any).
